About The Author
Sibusisiwe Mkhwanazi is a visionary, speaker, youth advocate, author, and founder of the Young Women Empowerment Foundation. Expanding her mission at the University of the Free State, she advances her Bachelor of Education in the Senior and FET Phase to shape the next generation of minds. Originating from Umzinyathi, Durban, and an alumnus of Parkhill High School (Class of 2022), Sibusisiwe’s journey as a communicator began as an internal quest for expression. Transforming personal challenges into a medium for empowerment, she turned writing into a catalyst for self-discovery and impact. Through her debut book, Dear Young Girl, Sibusisiwe deploys insights from her personal journey to equip young women with wisdom, resilience, and unshakeable self-worth. Her overarching mission drives the creation of an empowered future, guiding young women to unlock their ultimate potential and step into leadership.
