Orders Not Received
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that they fill in their correct contact details, as well as the correct location details for the physical address for the courier delivery. The Bookstore is not responsible for deliveries to wrong locations.

Wrong Items Received
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If The Bookstore has delivered an incorrect item to the customer, the customer then needs to notify orders@thebookstore.co.za to make arrangements for the return and replacement of the correct ordered item. The incorrect item can be returned as it is in mint condition.
Damaged Products
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the customer has received any damaged items, the customer then needs to notify orders@thebookstore.co.za to make arrangements for the return and replacement.
