Champs for Change (C4C) is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering youth leaders aged sixteen to thirty across Africa to pursue careers in the sports industry. It aims to catalyse systemic change in the industry through strategic partnerships.
The African sports economy is projected to grow from $12 billion today to $20 billion by 2035.12 C4C will help provide the skilled workforce to drive this expansion.
Our programme integrates holistic soft and technical industry training, resources, professional and peer mentoring, and a supportive ecosystem. It has a strong gender equity focus.
