About The Author
Advocate Molly Malete, LLM, is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. She has been law lecturer at various institutions including Vista University, Justice College in Pretoria, and University of Pretoria. She is currently founder of Molly Malete Productions, a Consultancy situated in Pretoria. She specializes in training officials of government departments across RSA and is a consultant for the National School of Government on Leadership and Management. Molly’s niche area is Family Law; she teaches through Radio and TV broadcasts, and through her ministry as a preacher. She has been married for 40 years to Thapelo John Malete, and they are blessed with three children, two sons-in-law and six grandchildren. In 2007 she won the SABC 2 Woman of the Year Award in the Category of Education.
